M-CHA, M-CHC,

The fastener head is locked securely in a blind, milled hole and remains smooth after installation with the ability to withstand substantial loads. The concealed-head feature allows the side of the sheet opposite installation to remain smooth.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES:
Type M-CHA, M-CFHA: aluminium 2024-T4, none
Type M-CHC, M-CFHC: 300 series stainless steel, passivation
FOR USE IN SHEET HARDNESS:
Type M-CHA, M-CFHA: HV95 or less
Type M-CHC, M-CFHC: HV130 or less
THREAD SIZE AND LENGTH SELECTION DATA
TYPE M-CHA, M-CFHA, M-CHC, M-CFHC (aluminium and stainless steel studs)
(1) Blind mounting holes may be deeper than minimums except where sheet material is at or near minimum thickness. Fasteners should always be installed so the flange is flush with the surface of the sheet.
